TMY3110CNC6/7 high-efficiency CNC hobbing machine can achieve high-speed dry or wet cutting, machine tools can be equipped with automated silos to achieve automatic production; machine tools are suitable for small modulus gear hobbing of motorcycles, electric tricycles, electric tools and other batches of high-efficiency and high-precision.
The whole CNC system has 6/7 axes and 4 axes linkage. The indexing and differential compensating motion is realized by using the principle of generating method and electronic gearbox. It can complete the processing of spur gear, helical gear, small taper tooth, drum tooth, spline, worm wheel, sprocket and other tooth parts.
The structure of the machine is reliable through finite element analysis (FEA) optimization design. The machine bed and main castings are made by high strength cast iron and secondary aging treatment. The machine tool adopts high rigidity and high precision rail to cooperate with strong power. The processing modulus of gear can reach 4m.
It adopts 10.4 inch LCD screen with control panel left, easy to operate. The software has been secondary developed and easy to handle.
Big angle falling down protection system which made by stainless steel can protect from the iron chips.
Maintenance operation is more simple due to the function module design of hydraulic and lubrication system.
