Due to the company’s development and business expansion needs, Zhejiang Toman Precision Machinery Co., Ltd.（hereinafter referred to as "Toman Precision Machine"）has changed the company name to Zhejiang Toman Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. （Toman Intelligent ）since Sept.18, 2021. The subsidiary company Zhejiang Toman Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. (Toman Intelligent Manufacturing) has changed name to Zhejiang Toman Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (Toman Digital) since Aug. 6, 2021.
根据相关法律规定，名称变更不影响本公司法人主体所承担的权利和义务，原有业务和签署的合同继续有效，公司的纳税人识别号（统一社会信用代码）、银行账号、开户银行等均保持不变。即日起，公司所有对内外文件、资料、开具发票等全部使用新公司名称，具体信息如下：
According to relevant laws and regulations, the rights and obligations of our company as a legal entity won't be affected by the change of name. The original business together with contracts will continue to be valid.
